Delhivery Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and motivated FOS (Fleet On Street) executive. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding bike riders for Delhivery’s delivery operations and expanding the company’s delivery fleet network Onboard bike riders for Delhivery’s delivery operations.
Conduct field visits and campaigns to identify and recruit potential riders.
Explain job details, payout structure, and incentives to the riders.
Verify rider documents and ensure proper onboarding process.
Achieve assigned daily and weekly onboarding targets.
