As a Facebook Marketing Intern you will support the team in developing, executing and optimising paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Location: Sector-58, Gurugram
Experience Level: Internship
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), Saturdays are WFH
Stipend: 10k to 12k
Candidates: Gurugram-based candidates only (should be comfortable with face-to-face interviews)
Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred

Key Responsibilities
Media planning: strong understanding of Instagram’s & Facebook ad platforms including audience targeting, ad formats and bidding strategies.
Campaign strategy and planning: audience research and budget planning.
Ad creation and design.
Campaign management: ad setup, bid management and daily monitoring.
Performance tracking and optimisation: analytics review, optimisation and reporting.
Audience targeting and retargeting.




Staying updated with trends and best practices.
Search arbitrage and display arbitrage.

Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience in digital marketing with a robust focus on Facebook Ads.
Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
Solid ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions to optimise campaign performance.
Ability to develop creative ad concepts and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus but not required.
