The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all candidate compliance requirements are completed accurately and within defined timelines before placement. This role works closely with recruitment consultants to manage compliance processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct compliance and file checks for candidates as requested by recruitment consultants.
Review, verify, and maintain candidate documentation in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
Contact candidates to obtain any outstanding compliance documents required for registration, interviews, and placements.
Ensure all mandatory compliance documentation is received, validated, and uploaded to internal systems before candidate start dates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records for active and prospective candidates.
Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to provide compliance updates and support hiring timelines.




Monitor and respond promptly to emails in both personal and shared inboxes while maintaining high service standards.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss candidate compliance status and outstanding actions.
Escalate compliance risks, delays, or missing documentation when necessary.
Contribute to continuous process improvements and data accuracy initiatives.
