About the Role:

The ideal candidate is someone with strong Excel skills, clear written and verbal communication, and hands-on comfort working within an ERP system.

This is an on-site role requiring day-to-day work within an SAP Business One (SAP B1) setting, supporting service operations, inventory coordination, and business correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
Work within SAP Business One (SAP B1) for day-to-day transaction entry, data updates, and record maintenance
Prepare, maintain, and analyze data in MS Excel — including reports, trackers, and reconciliations
Draft and respond to professional business emails with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (service, inventory, and back-office) to ensure timely and accurate data flow
Maintain accuracy and consistency of records within the ERP system
Support ad hoc reporting and documentation requirements as directed by management

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an operations / back-office / coordination role
Working knowledge of SAP Business One or similar SAP/ERP environment (mandatory)
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data organization, basic reporting)
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Confident and skilled email writing ability
Willingness to work on-site at Rabale (client location)
Graduate in any discipline preferred

Prior experience in a manufacturing, service, or equipment/spares industry
Ability to multitask and handle data with attention to detail

Location & Work Mode Rabale, Navi Mumbai — this is an in office position based full-time at the client's office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
