Job Summary

Lead the planning execution and delivery of large-scale programs spanning multiple teams and departments.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including schedules budgets resource allocations and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure clarity of objectives and priorities.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress milestones and potential risks.
Identify dependencies and critical paths within the program and proactively mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.
Monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.




Provide leadership and mentorship to program team members fostering a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with overall business strategy and priorities.

Requirements
Solid knowledge of Windchill PLM Java web services and enterprise system integrations.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering PLM solutions in Agile settings.
Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
