We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee field activities, manage field staff, monitor work progress, and ensure that operations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and activities.
Assign work to field staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
Visit field locations regularly to inspect work and resolve operational issues.
Ensure work is carried out according to company procedures and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments regarding field requirements.
Maintain daily field reports, attendance records, work progress reports, and other documentation.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, materials, and company resources.
Identify field-level problems and take appropriate corrective action.
Train and guide field employees on work procedures, safety, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
Handle customer/client or site-related concerns and escalate major issues to management.




Monitor project/work-site progress and report delays or challenges.
Support management in improving field productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma / 12th pass, depending on the nature of the work.
2–5 years of relevant field experience preferred.
Previous experience managing or supervising field teams.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel to different field locations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Valuable problem-solving and team-management abilities.
