Role & responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for facade and glazing projects.
Review architectural drawings, specifications and project scope.
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
Analyze material, labour and equipment requirements.
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with design, planning, procurement and site teams.
Support tender preparation and commercial submissions.
Monitor project costs and support cost-control initiatives.
Ensure timely submission of estimates, revisions and related reports.
