Requirement: Finance officer /n We are looking for a highly competent Accounting & Finance Qualified with robust expertise in core accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team leadership to join our Accounts & Finance team. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

/n
Supervise and mentor the finance/accounts team, allocate work, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

/n
Coordinate finance activities across one or more campuses/locations and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

/n
Manage end-to-end General Ledger (GL) accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger scrutiny.

/n
Handle journal entries, invoice processing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and account finalization.

/n
Perform bank reconciliations, customer/vendor reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

/n
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and support cash flow planning.

/n
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and coordinate internal, statutory, and external audits.

/n
Maintain financial records in accordance with accounting standards, organizational policies,



and regulatory requirements.

/n
Work on ERP systems, preferably SAP, and demonstrate solid proficiency in MS Excel.

/n /n Eligibility: /n /n
Postgraduate qualification is mandatory (M.Com / MBA Finance). CA Inter or Chartered Accountant (CA) will be an added advantage.

/n
5+ years of relevant experience in core accounting and finance.

/n
Proven expertise in General Ledger, journal entries, invoice processing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, financial reporting, account finalization, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

/n
Prior experience leading or managing a finance/accounts team with the ability to guide, mentor, and drive performance.

/n
Experience coordinating finance operations across multiple locations/campuses/business units is highly preferred.

/n
Experience in University/Higher Education finance, including knowledge of university financial procedures, audits, regulatory norms, and statutory compliance, will be an added advantage.

/n
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
