Field Sales Executive – EV Charging Infrastructure
Flash Powertech is looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Executive to help us expand our EV charging network across Surat.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify residential societies and potential customers across Surat.
Visit societies and meet society committee members, facility managers and decision-makers.
Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references and other channels.
Present Flash Powertech’s EV charging solutions.
Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients.
Handle customer questions and objections.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into business.
Maintain daily records of leads, meetings and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
What We Are Looking For:
0–3 years of experience in field sales/business development preferred.




Freshers with excellent communication and a robust interest in sales can also apply.
Positive communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; English is an advantage.
Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new people.
Confident, outgoing and target-oriented.
Good knowledge of Surat.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Experience in B2B sales, real estate, solar, electrical products, telecom or facility management will be an advantage.
EV experience is not required. Training will be provided.
