Direct reports: Production, Engineering, PPC, Quality, SCM, Maintenance, EHS and HR/Admin Managers
Purpose: Own total plant performance for safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily plant operations and manpower.
Approve production priorities and resource allocation.
Conduct daily and monthly performance reviews.
Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
Control operating expenses and plant discipline.
Ensure readiness for audits and customer inspections.
Escalate project, safety and quality risks to senior management.

Qualification/experience: Mechanical/Civil/Production Engineering; 12–18 years in structural steel or project manufacturing.
