Predflow builds custom AI agents that automate back-office finance and business operations for mid-market and enterprise companies. We work with clients across India, the UAE and the US, and we are growing quick.

About the Role

As a Founding AI Engineer, you will own and improve the core of our agentic platform. You will work on multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration, and design AI agents that carry out real business processes from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the founders, help decide how our systems take shape as the company grows, and own what you ship from the first design note to a system running in production.

What You'll Work On
Build our agentic services platform, and own the backend architecture end-to-end
Build agentic workflows that run reliably in production
Integrate our platform with client systems and third-party tools
Design data models and databases that scale with the product
Set up automated workflows that help the team ship faster
Deploy and run services on the cloud
Build internal tools and dashboards when the work calls for it
Help shape how our engineering team works and hires as it grows





What We're Looking For

Must have
2 to 3 years of software engineering experience
You write production-quality Python and know the stack around it, including vector stores, prompt management, eval frameworks and observability tools
Hands-on experience building Agentic AI or LLM applications
Solid experience with Postgres
You think in systems. When you look at a workflow, you map where reasoning happens, where state lives, where tools get called and where people need to review the output.
You have set up automated workflows or custom skills for your own development process
You take a vague problem and ship a working answer without waiting for instructions
You want to learn how to make AI work well in production systems

Positive to have
n8n, Make.com or similar workflow tools
DevOps on AWS or Google Cloud
React
Pydantic AI or OpenRouter
Temporal.io or another durable workflow engine
