Role Overview
Act as an extension of founders - pick up whatever is high priority for the company and own it
First Priority Project - Own P&L; and growth metrics for a business unit
Manage multiple teams incl Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, Support and deliver quarterly outcomes
Identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively both independently and in collaboration with different teams.
Founders you will be working closely with
Mayank Kukreja → IIMA Gold Medalist, IIT Delhi (CS). Worked at McKinsey & Myntra.
Anish Khadiya → IIM Lucknow, IIT Kharagpur, worked at ITC, McKinsey, and Myntra.
