We’re building ChatWithAds , an AI decision platform for paid media teams.

We’re looking for a hands-on product + engineering leader who can take complex business problems, turn them into product architecture, and ship quickly.

What you’ll own
Product and technical architecture
AI agents, workflows, MCPs and integrations
Product roadmap, sprints and releases
Engineering execution and code quality
Translating founder/product direction into working software
Building systems that learn from real user decisions and outcomes
Leading and developing a small engineering/product team

Who we’re looking for
Strong full-stack engineering foundation
Deep practical experience building with LLMs and AI systems
Comfortable experimenting, prototyping and shipping rapid




Solid product thinking — not just ticket execution
Able to independently figure out unfamiliar technical problems
Experience owning SaaS products from architecture through production
High ownership with a builder mindset

You should be equally comfortable discussing the customer journey, designing the architecture, reviewing code and shipping the solution.

This is a high-ownership role with the prospect to help shape the core technology and product direction of ChatWithAds.
