Role & responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with franchise partners and business associates.
Drive business through equity, mutual funds, insurance and other wealth products.
Generate current franchise leads and onboard recent partners.
Achieve assigned revenue, AUM and business targets.
Support franchise partners with product knowledge, sales strategies and client servicing.
Monitor franchise performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain solid partner relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.
