– MECHANICAL ENGINEER

A. Mechanical Maintenance
Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant machinery and utilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and identify root causes.
Attend equipment breakdowns and restore machines within minimum possible time.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and equipment history.

B. Equipment & Machinery
Handle maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems and other mechanical equipment.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor MTBF, MTTR and equipment availability.
Identify recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective measures.
Support vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis and other predictive maintenance activities.
Develop equipment checklists and maintain.
