Industry: Sportswear & Sports-Related Wearable Products

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and innovative designs for sportswear and wearable products.
Create current concepts, styles, color combinations, and seasonal collections.
Prepare design sketches, artwork, and technical specifications.
Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and materials for different products.
Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are developed accurately.
Develop and review samples, making necessary design and fit improvements.
Stay updated with the latest fashion, sportswear, fabric, color, and design trends.

Required Skills & Experience:
3–10 years of relevant experience in Fashion Designing / Sportswear / Apparel.




Robust knowledge of sportswear and performance/wearable products.
Hands-on experience with Sublimation Printing and understanding of sublimation artwork and production.
Experience with Nits and related garment/product development processes.
Positive understanding of fabrics, prints, stitching, finishing, fit, and garment construction.
Strong sense of colors, patterns, styling, and current fashion trends.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
