Role Description
This remote internship role for a Customer Service Representative involves responding to customer inquiries about Automantics' AI automation tools and software via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. The intern will assist in resolving issues, explaining product functionality in clear,



non-technical language, and documenting interactions in the customer support system.

Daily tasks include monitoring support queues, following up on open cases, and escalating complex or technical issues to the development/technical team when needed — communicating the problem clearly and accurately so it can be understood and resolved quickly.

In addition to support duties, the intern will help keep track of ongoing client projects and automation deployments — updating project statuses, flagging delays or blockers, and keeping internal tools and trackers current so the team always has an accurate picture of where things stand. This isn't a project management role; the intern won't be planning timelines or directing work, but will need enough technical understanding to follow project progress, interpret updates from the technical team, and log statuses accurately — acting more as a technic
