We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Furniture Trading & Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end commercial and delivery process for office furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare client quotations, estimates, proforma invoices and invoices.
Coordinate with furniture manufacturers and vendors for pricing, negotiations and purchase orders.
Maintain updated vendor price lists, product specifications and margins.
Track orders from PO to manufacturing, dispatch and final delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, site teams and clients to ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain order-wise records of purchase cost, selling price, delivery status and profitability.
Follow up on shortages, damages, replacements and pending materials.
Coordinate installation and ensure proper delivery challans and handover documentation.
Follow up internally for client billing and vendor payments.
Handle multiple furniture orders simultaneously and provide regular order-status reports.





Candidate Profile Experience: 3–6 years in office furniture, modular furniture, furniture trading, interiors procurement or a similar industry.

Skills: Solid Excel, quotation and invoicing skills; vendor management; commercial understanding; negotiation; logistics coordination; and excellent follow-up.

Preferred: Candidates with an existing network of office furniture manufacturers, chair vendors, modular furniture suppliers and transporters.

Location: Pune The ideal candidate should be commercially sharp, extremely solid in follow-ups, comfortable negotiating with vendors, and capable of taking complete ownership of an order from quotation → procurement → delivery → installation → billing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
