Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in Gold Loan Sales and Gold appraisal for a leading gold loan organization. The candidate will be responsible for gold valuation, customer relationship management, loan processing, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate gold appraisal, valuation, and ornament checking
Ensure proper stone deduction and avoid unacceptable ornaments
Follow company policies, KYC norms, and operational procedures
Verify customer KYC documents and complete online registration
Coordinate with managers and stakeholders for loan approval processes
Build and maintain robust customer relationships for renewal and referral business
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service during loan processing
Generate current customer leads through field activities and local market outreach




Participate in business development activities to improve brand visibility in assigned catchment areas

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
1–2 years of experience in Sales in Gold, Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, and Handling
Two-wheeler and valid Driving License are mandatory (LLR also applicable)

Required Skills:
Gold loan processing knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy in valuation
Sales and business development mindset

Pay: ₹25, 000 to 35,000/- per month (Negotiable for right candidates) Interested candidates share resume to 80152 62822 Vidhya
