Roles & Responsibilities
Crafting visually engaging social media posts, grids, carousels, and performance marketing ad creatives.
Developing trend-driven Reels, Shorts, and video assets tailored for various digital platforms.
Aligning all visual content with platform-specific dimensions, formats, and current layout trends.
Creating high-quality 2D animations, kinetic typography, agile transitions, and logo reveals.
Managing the post-production workflow, including video editing, color grading, and audio syncing.
Building reusable motion templates to speed up daily video content production.
Turning marketing briefs into detailed visual concepts, mood boards, and storyboards.
Partnering with copywriters and content strategists to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.




Maintaining consistent brand identity and visual guidelines across all digital channels.

Required Skills
Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for animation and video editing.
Expert-level command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation and image editing.
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, layout, color theory, and typography.
Solid knowledge of animation principles, including timing, easing, pacing, and motion weight.
A solid, verifiable creative portfolio and motion showreel showcasing live social media work.
Ability to handle tight deadlines, multitask projects, and adapt quickly to shifting online trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
