Job Title: Pharmaceutical Graphic Designer
Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare / Life Sciences
Core Goal: Translate complex scientific and medical data into transparent, accurate, and engaging visuals while strictly adhering to regulatory compliance and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Packaging and Labeling: Design print-ready product packaging, medicine boxes, cartons, blister artworks, and container labels that comply with local and international regulatory agencies (such as FDA standards).
Promotional Collateral: Develop medical detailing aids, visual aids, reminder cards, product brochures, leaflets, and B2B or B2C sales materials.
Digital & Omnichannel Assets: Create digital graphics for web banners, email campaigns, interactive PDFs, e-learning modules, and social media platforms.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and apply unified brand identity systems, typography, and layout rules across all product lines and marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing teams, regulatory affairs, product managers,



and external print vendors to deliver accurate assets on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like CorelDRAW or basic web/presentation software.
Regulatory Awareness: Deep attention to detail and a solid understanding of medical/pharma compliance, legal disclaimers, and packaging text integrity.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of print production processes, pre-press requirements, and color management. Basic HTML/CSS or digital CRM platform knowledge (like Veeva) is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
Experience: 5 to 8+ years of qualified design experience, ideally with a portfolio highlighting work in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or heavily regulated industries.

Pay: ₹10,346.16 - ₹30,498.65 per month
