Role- Hardware Lead

Qualifications Basic
Bachelors degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering
At least 8+ years of experience with below skills set

Skills:
Electrical Design Experience - (automotive electronics preferred). Understands DFMEAs, DVP&Rs;, reliability requirements and quality design and robust validation testing.
EMC circuit design robustness and testing requirements for automotive products.
Electrical design for manufacturability practices.
Solid knowledge automotive industry with Product development eco system
Valuable Understanding of Product integration, Quality Management, product certification,
Experience in architecture definition, detailed design and complete hardware development cycle
Possesses positive knowledge of EMI/EMC consideration in circuit, PCB design, system cabling and overall System perspective




Design experience in the latest wireless technologies Antenna designs, routing and testing
Design experience in technologies like Touch screen, Audio, Display, Flash memories
Expertise in board debugging, design validation with necessary test equipment and tools
Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities
Work with vendors, customers and drive system designs
Coordinate with various cross functional teams including software, hardware, mechanical and SI teams to meet the planned deliverables.
Cross functional team reviews, follow ups
Hardware Certification follow ups, co-ordination with OEM, vendors on test establishment
