Job Title: Hardware & Network Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Network Support Engineer to provide technical support for computer hardware, networking infrastructure, operating systems, and IT-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and network peripherals.
Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot issues related to IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and internet access.
Install and maintain Windows operating systems, drivers, applications, and security updates.
Provide technical support to users through onsite, phone, or remote assistance.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic Active Directory tasks.
Perform hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and asset inventory.
Troubleshoot network cables, ports, connectivity, and basic server-related issues.




Coordinate with internet service providers and hardware/software vendors when required.
Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures.
Follow IT security policies, backup procedures, and company standards.
Able to manage CCTV networks

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience in hardware and network troubleshooting.
Positive knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

Preferred Certifications
CompTIA A
CompTIA Network

Experience: 1–3 years in IT hardware/network support preferred.

Location:- Ernakulam

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
