Key Roles and Responsibilities
Welcoming Visitors: Greet walk-in clients, prospective buyers, and visitors professionally and maintain a neat, presentable reception area. [1, 2]
Client Coordination: Answer incoming calls, handle emails, and provide basic project or property information to inquirers. [1]
Site Visits & Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments between clients, the sales team, and the CRM department, and coordinate guided property tours. [1, 2]
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate visitor logs, update customer files, and help clients fill out initial paperwork or feedback forms. [1, 2, 3]
Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and complaints politely, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary
Pay: ₹11,233.48 - ₹30,734.16 per month
