Role & responsibilities
Strategic Portfolio Management: Formulate long-term strategic roadmaps, brand positioning, and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for the entire CNS / Neuro-Psychiatry line across West Asia markets.
Recent Product Conceptualization &
Launches:
Identify unmet therapeutic needs, build commercial business cases for portfolio expansion, and lead end-to-end multi-market launch plans.
Team Leadership &
Mentorship:
Lead, guide, and develop a team of Product Managers / Assistant Product Managers in executing 360-degree brand initiatives, campaign inputs, and promotional materials.
Regional Business Partnership: Collaborate directly with Country Managers, Regional Sales Heads, and local distributor teams to review market performance, run region-specific campaigns, and conduct post-launch audits.
KOL &
Scientific Engagement:
Drive Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives, international symposiums, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies aligned with local health authority guidelines.
Market Intelligence &
P&L; Oversight:
Analyze IQVIA / regional prescription trends, competitor intelligence, and pricing dynamics to optimize brand P&L; and market share.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc with an MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Pharma Management from a reputed institute.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of core PMT / Brand Management experience in Tier-1/Tier-2 Indian or Multinational Pharma companies.
Mandatory Domain: Proven track record handling Neuro-Psychiatry / CNS brands (Anti-depressants, Anti-psychotics, Anti-epileptics, ADHD, etc.).
Leadership Skills: Experience managing/mentoring direct reports or cross-functional team members.
Market Exposure: Prior exposure to international marketing (Emerging Markets / West Asia) is a major plus, though solid domestic GPMs/Senior PMs with top-tier CNS experience are welcome.
