Job Responsibilities
Create innovative graphic designs for garments.
Develop prints, artworks, placements, motifs, logos, and graphic concepts.
Work closely with the Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams.
Create artwork layouts and prepare designs for printing and production.
Develop colorways, print variations, and graphic placements as per seasonal trends.
Research current fashion, color, print, and graphic trends and incorporate them into current developments.
Prepare technical artwork and production-ready files for screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other garment embellishments.




Coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
Make corrections and modifications based on buyer/customer feedback.
Maintain design files, artwork libraries, and development records.
Ensure designs meet quality standards, production feasibility, and customer specifications.

Skills Required
Solid knowledge of garment graphics and fashion trends.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw
Knowledge of screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other embellishment techniques.
Good understanding of garment construction and print placement.
Creative thinking with solid attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
