Job Requirements About the Role The Head – Investigation is responsible for conducting thorough and unbiased investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, and misconduct related to bank-financed operations, administrative budgets, and misuse of bank resources. The role involves leading a team of investigators, managing workloads, and ensuring that all investigations are conducted in accordance with the bank’s disciplinary framework.

The role holder will also be accountable for the outcomes of the investigations and for providing strategic leadership to the investigation team.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Undertake and manage investigations and deliver high-quality investigative work products.
Lead the conduction of sensitive and complex interviews and investigations.
Review and analyze allegations and whistleblowing information to determine relevancy and reliability.
Conduct sensitive interviews and other investigative research activities.
Assist in controlling, tracking, and analyzing allegations, investigations, and findings.
Ensure compliance with chain of custody procedures, maintaining case records, testimony, and evidence.




Prepare Investigation Reports relating to investigative findings, discuss and defend the findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Provide statistical analyses of both ongoing and completed investigations.
Communicate the outcomes and lessons learned from staff misconduct investigations and investigations into bank-financed operations.

Secondary Responsibilities
Review and edit outputs of investigators and ensure quality control of the substance and presentation of investigative findings.
Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles within the investigation team.

What We Are Looking For

Education
Graduate – Any discipline
Post Graduate – MBA

Experience
Minimum of 20 years of experience in conducting and managing investigations.
