Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital, social media, marketing, and branding requirements. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop high-quality designs aligned with the organization’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
Design brochures, posters, banners, standees, presentations, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to create campaign creatives.
Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
Create designs for hospital events, awareness campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual assets as required.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.




Stay updated with current design trends and digital content formats.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or CorelDRAW.
Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Robust creative, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Healthcare/hospital industry experience will be an added advantage.
