What You Will Work On

You will be embedded in the growth team, working directly on content that runs on paid ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website. This is not a "make social media posts" internship. Your work will directly impact ad performance and conversions.

Day-to-day work includes:
Designing static and carousel creatives for Meta ad campaigns
Creating reels covers, story frames, and Instagram feed graphics
Designing landing page sections and web banners
Editing short-form video content and reels (basic cuts, captions, transitions)
Creating WhatsApp broadcast visuals and lead nurture content
Iterating creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, hook rate, conversion data)
Supporting the growth team with rapid turnaround on test creatives

What We Are Looking For

Must have:
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)




Solid eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to follow brand guidelines without needing constant hand-holding
Rapid turnaround and ability to handle multiple briefs simultaneously
Portfolio showing real design work (college projects are fine, but real work is preferred)

Good to have:
Prior experience designing for D2C, health, or lifestyle brands
Basic understanding of what makes an ad creative perform (hooks, CTA placement, contrast)
Experience designing for Meta or Google ad formats
Knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects

What You Will Not Be Doing:
Designing random graphics with no brief or purpose
Working in isolation with no feedback loop
Making "aesthetic" content that has no performance intent
