Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Luxury Real Estate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to represent our luxury real estate brand and provide an exceptional experience to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients and guests at the sales lounge/site.
Handle client queries and coordinate with the Sales team.
Manage appointments, site visits, and client interactions.
Ensure a premium and personalized customer experience.
Maintain visitor records and provide timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality / Luxury Retail / Real Estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented.
Experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients will be an advantage.
Solid English communication is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
