What Drives Success

Role Overview Provide first-level IT support to users, assist with device setup, basic troubleshooting, IT asset management, and workplace technology support.

Key Responsibilities
Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Assist with user onboarding and device provisioning
Log and track support tickets
Maintain IT asset inventory

Requires a two year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
