Finance Application Support Consultant with strong Sage Intacct

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Experience: 10+ Years

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH

n

Shift: UK Hours – 1 PM to 10 PM

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot finance application issues.
n
- Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, and escalation management.
n
- Administer and support Sage Intacct, including GL, AP/AR, reporting, users, and integrations.
n
- Support applications such as Coupa, SAP Concur, and Yooz.
n
- Analyze system logs, API errors, integrations, and data issues.
n
- Manage vendor support cases and coordinate troubleshooting activities.
n
- Handle user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, and audit requirements.
n
- Support UAT, regression testing, releases, and post-production validation.
n




- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge-base articles.
n
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 10+ years of experience in Finance/ERP Application Support.
n
- Strong hands-on Sage Intacct Administration experience.
n
- Proven troubleshooting and escalation handling experience.
n
- Experience with finance applications such as Coupa, SAP Concur, or Yooz.
n
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, logs, and error analysis.
n
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM tools.
n
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and access management.
n
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
