Experience: 15+ years in Paper Industry Sales & Marketing.

Lead Sales, Marketing &Business; Development to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Experience in Writing &Printing; Paper, Newsprint or Tissue Paper.
N
Solid exposure to Government Tenders / E-Tendering, from tender identification to bidding, negotiation and order execution.
N
Manage institutional, corporate, government, dealer and distributor channels.
N
Develop key accounts, current markets and strategic business relationships.
N
Handle pricing, commercial negotiations, sales targets and collections.
N
Lead and mentor the sales team and monitor market/competitor trends.
N
Coordinate with production, supply chain, dispatch and finance for smooth order execution.
N
Robust network with Government Departments, PSUs, institutional buyers and corporate clients preferred.
N
Willingness to travel extensively.
