We are an ambitious, rapid-scaling pizza concept seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Operations to take full ownership of our core business operations. You will be the central operational enginecoordinating seamlessly across culinary teams, suppliers, franchisees, delivery aggregators, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen performance, workflow efficiency, prep times, and order accuracy across all outlets.

Supply Chain & Vendors: Manage procurement for core ingredients and packaging, negotiate vendor terms, and control food cost variance.

Quality & SOP Enforcment: Establish strict operating procedures to ensure consistent food quality, safety, portion control, and sanitation.

Franchise & Location Scaling: Lead kitchen setup, onboarding, staff training,



and audit compliance for current cloud kitchens and franchise locations.

Regulatory Compliance: Manage all health department licenses, food safety certifications, and commercial permits.

Delivery Tech Integration: Optimize performance across POS systems and third-party delivery aggregators.

Requirements 5+ years of operational leadership in QSR, multi-unit restaurants, or cloud kitchen platforms (pizza experience preferred).

Robust track record in vendor negotiation, cold-chain management, and unit P&L; control.In-depth knowledge of local food safety standards and health permits.

Hands-on leadership style with strong team management skills.
