: Head of Quality

Industry: Electronic Component Manufacturing

Role Purpose
Overall responsibility for Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the organization
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and safety requirements

Key Responsibilities
Define, implement, and maintain QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 as applicable)
Ensure in-process, incoming, and final quality checks
Lead customer, system, safety, and regulatory audits
Handle customer complaints, RCA, and CAPA implementation
Implement QC tools: SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, 8D
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
Vendor quality management and supplier audits
Train and develop quality team

Desired Qualification & Experience
BE/BTech in Electronics, Electrical,



or Mechanical Engineering
15 years of experience in Quality within Electronic Manufacturing
Solid customer handling & audit experience
Hands-on exposure to quality tools and problem-solving methods

Key Skills
Leadership and cross-functional coordination
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent documentation and communication skills
