Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Industry: Luxury Residential Apartment

Experience: 6–15 years

Required Experience: 5-Star Hotel experience only

Qualification: Hotel Management Degree / Diploma

Job Responsibilities
Handle guest and resident requests professionally.
Provide personalized service to residents and guests.
Manage arrivals, departures, and visitor coordination.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other departments.
Handle telephone calls, messages, and service requests.
Maintain service standards and ensure timely resolution of guest requirements.
Assist residents with information and day-to-day service needs.
Maintain records and follow apartment procedures.
Handle guest complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
Maintain confidentiality and skilled conduct at all times.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
