Position: Front Office Associate / Guest Service Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Front Office Associate to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to hotel guests. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle guest requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Handle room reservations, guest registrations, and room allocations.
Respond professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints.
Handle telephone calls and provide accurate information regarding hotel services.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and other departments for guest requirements.
Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel PMS.
Handle billing, payment collection, and basic cashiering activities.
Maintain proper shift handover and communicate pending guest requests.
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are maintained professionally.




Promote hotel facilities, services, and room upgrades whenever appropriate.
Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, safety procedures, and guest privacy requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any relevant graduation.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of Front Office experience.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of hotel PMS and MS Office preferred.
Positive guest-handling and problem-solving skills.
Qualified grooming and positive attitude.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
