Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build and own features across React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js backend. You will be responsible for taking features from design through production deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web application features.
Own modules end-to-end, including implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
Write unit and integration tests and participate in peer code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across services.
Maintain technical documentation for owned systems.
Make sound technical decisions and clearly communicate trade-offs.

Required Skills




3 to 5 years of experience developing production web applications.
Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
Strong experience with Node.js and REST API development.
Experience with asynchronous programming and structured error handling.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation, indexing, and query performance.
Valuable understanding of Git workflows and code review practices.
Ability to understand, evaluate, and explain technical design decisions.

Preferred Skills
NestJS
AWS: ECS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch
Redux or equivalent state management
Tailwind CSS / shadcn/ui
WebSocket / Socket.io and real-time systems
Experience writing unit and integration tests
Experience working with AI coding tools and critically reviewing AI-generated code.
