Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HIMS implementation across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Understand hospital workflows including OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Nursing & Administration.
Gather requirements from hospital stakeholders and map them with HIMS functionalities.
Configure HIMS modules according to hospital processes and requirements.
Coordinate with clients, Product, Development, QA and Support teams.
Conduct product demonstrations, user training and UAT.
Provide support during Go-Live and ensure smooth system adoption.
Identify and troubleshoot implementation-related issues.
Maintain project trackers, implementation reports and documentation.




Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback.
