NRoles and Responsibilities:





N∙In Depth knowledge of overall DFT concepts including Analog IP block testing.

N∙Extensive experience in DFT Insertion which includes SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN,

NIJTAG.

n∙Well versed with RTL level or Netlist level Insertion (Block level/Top level).

N∙ATPG Coverage Analysis and improvement.

N∙Hands on experience in DFT verification.

N∙Efficient debugging skills, Excellent problem-solving skills.

N∙Knowledge of equivalencecheck and RTL lint tool (like spyglass).

N∙Ability to do multi-tasking & work on several high priority designs in parallel.

N∙Positive communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.

N∙Working Experience with ATE Pattern Development and ATE support

NLocation: Bangalore and Pune

NQualifications and Skill set

N∙BE/BS degree (Masters preferred) in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI Engineering with

N10+ years of relevant DFTexperience

N∙Strong fundamentals in DFT

N∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

N∙Excellent Leadership quality to technically mentor and lead a team of DFT engineers.
