Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Specification Selling with 4–5 years of Project Sales / Specification Sales experience in the Construction Chemicals or Building Materials industry. The candidate should have robust experience in handling architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales and specification selling for building material/construction chemical products.
Develop relationships with Architects, Consultants, Interior Designers, Contractors, Clients, and Government/PSU bodies.
Generate business through project specifications, BOQs, tenders, and approved make/manufacturer listings.
Identify and map new projects, specifiers, and market opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions,



and regular project follow-ups.
Prepare/support BOQs, technical submittals, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for project conversion.
Track project pipelines, specifications, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Read and understand project drawings and technical requirements.
Achieve assigned project/specification sales targets and submit regular reports.

Requirements
4–5 years of relevant Project Sales / Specification Sales experience.
Mandatory experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials industry.
Robust exposure to project sales and specification selling.
Experience dealing with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and project stakeholders.
Good understanding of BOQs, technical submittals, specifications, and project drawings.
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel for project meetings and business development.
