We are hiring: UI/UX Engineer

NMTronics is looking for a UI/UX Engineer who can bring clarity, structure, and thoughtful design to complex technical products and digital experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, simplifying technical journeys, and designing interfaces that feel intuitive, functional, and visually strong. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape experiences that support both business goals and user needs.

What you will do

n

- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
n
- Design responsive and user-friendly digital experiences for web and product-related journeys
n
- Work on technical UX for complex industrial and manufacturing solutions
n
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams in an Agile environment
n
- Conduct user and stakeholder research to understand pain points and improve journeys
n
- Support and maintain design systems, UI consistency, and scalable design standards
n
- Test ideas through prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly
n
- Ensure smooth handoff and design feasibility for development
n
- Contribute to improving website usability, customer journeys, and lead generation experiences
n

What we are looking for

n

- 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital experience design
n




- Strong portfolio with relevant design work
n

n

Candidates must include their portfolio link in the resume.

- Experience creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
n
- Comfort working with Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders
n
- Robust command of Figma and other modern design tools
n
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual consistency and user-centered design

Good to have

- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or B2B environments
n
- Understanding of responsive design and implementation-ready handoff
n
- Basic knowledge of front-end development, HTML, CSS, and how designs translate into development
