Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until offer and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates.
Preferred Candidate Profile
13 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Valuable sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
Comfortable working on a 4-month contractual basis.
