NWe are seeking an energetic Apple Administrator to work in its ATS, DEX-Device Management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with End Users, IT Departments and Product Teams, requiring good communication and interpersonal skills.

NResponsibilities

Managing devices (computers & mobiles), updating and deploying applications and policies using Workspace ONE to Adobe's Apple ecosystem worldwide.

End-to-end administration of WorkspaceONE/Intune UEM setting ensuring security and high availability.
N
Provide support to Global Service Desk & IT Client services worldwide on the services/solutions designed/offered to Apple users.
N
Work with vendor support like Apple, Microsoft and Omnissa to diagnose and resolve issues with software and configurations
N
Work with teams to gather requirements for Application packaging, configuration development. Develop configurations and package application and follow Change Management processes for production release.

Work with security teamto ensure that Adobe's Mac setting is secured.

nRequirements

Expert knowledge of macOS & iOS Operating System & its management, including all recent releases.
N
Hands-on experience managing Macs in an enterprise environment using Omnissa Workspace ONE (preferred), Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune.

Experience packaging macOS applications for distribution via device management solutions like Workspace ONE, Intune, or Jamf Pro.
N
Experience deploying configuration profiles for whitelisting Kernel and System Extensions, and PPPC profiles.
N
Experience configuring macOS provisioning with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP).
N
In-depth knowledge of FileVault encryption and secure token.
N
Ability to evaluate, recommend and deploy technologies and solutions to Adobe's Apple user base, focusing on productivity, security and user experience.

Experience in Bash/Zsh and Python scripting, while effectively leveraging AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
N
Hands-on experience with AI tools.
N
Positive troubleshooting and documentation skills.
N
Good understanding of networking, and analytical skills for reporting.
