We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our poker club. The role will involve employee lifecycle management, recruitment, attendance and leave administration, employee engagement, documentation, grievance handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for club and corporate positions.
Coordinate payroll inputs, shift schedules (Rotational Shift), and employee advantages.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
Organize employee engagement and training activities.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Security, and Management for HR-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
Experience in hospitality, gaming, clubs, or similar industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
