We are looking for Freight Brokers to join our team in Mohali. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in US Freight Brokerage and should be confident in handling customers, carriers, and freight operations.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Source and negotiate freight loads with shippers and carriers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals.
Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Handle carrier and customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and shipments.
Achieve daily and monthly brokerage targets.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Freight Brokerage.
Experience in US Trucking / US Logistics / Freight Brokerage preferred.
Good English communication and negotiation skills.




Strong knowledge of freight and transportation operations.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Good customer and carrier relationship management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Willing to work from the Mohali office and in US/night shifts, as required.
