Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for the company.
Conduct staff training and employee development programs.
Organize and conduct mock interview sessions for students preparing for embassy interviews.
Identify current business opportunities with universities and international institutions.
Establish current partnerships by signing MOUs with universities.
Business Development Target
Minimum 3 MOU/business deals per month.
Performance is target-oriented.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
