Job Title: HR Executive US Payroll (Night Shift)

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive – US Payroll to support US payroll processing and HR operations. The role will primarily involve payroll data management, employee documentation, compliance support, and coordination with internal US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing US payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined timelines.
Work on Paylocity payroll software or similar US-based payroll/HR systems for payroll processing and employee data management.
Handle payroll data entry, validation, reconciliation, and regular data checks.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, documentation, and payroll-related files.
Support employee documentation including onboarding, payroll documentation, changes in employee details, and other HR records.
Support compliance with applicable US HR and payroll regulations.
Assist in payroll audits, reporting, MIS, and data analysis.




Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive employee and payroll information.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution of employee payroll and HR-related queries.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR/Payroll, preferably with experience in US Payroll.
Hands-on experience working on Paylocity or similar US-based payroll/HR software is preferred.
Basic understanding of US payroll processes, HR compliance, and labour laws.
Experience in maintaining employee documentation and HR records.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and data management skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with discretion.

Preferred Profile
Candidate should be comfortable working in the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift.
Prior experience handling US-based employees, clients, or payroll processes.
Experience with Paylocity or other US payroll platforms will be an added advantage.
Male candidate preferred.
