About the Role

We are looking for agile and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, promoting EdTech products and services, and driving enrollments through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and online channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs or services.
Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree.




Experience in EdTech sales will be an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Perks
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
