About The Role

We are looking for a people-focused and organized Retail HR Executive to support HR operations across Vilvah stores. The role will work closely with Store Managers and Cluster Managers to ensure smooth employee management, staffing, engagement, and HR operations across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and staffing requirements across retail stores.
Monitor leave and shifts while maintaining accurate employee records and HRMS.
Address employee queries and grievances while supporting engagement, retention, and performance initiatives.
Work closely with Store Managers to coordinate and address employee-related matters.




Ensure adherence to company HR policies and maintain proper HR practices across stores.
Conduct candidate background verification processes as required.

Requirements:
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Retail, FMCG, or related industries, with a good understanding of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Solid communication, interpersonal, coordination, and employee-handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple stores effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
